CeCe is worthy of your vote because she was discarded in a trash dump and left to die when she was a young pup. She was rescued by a friend of mine and has been the best dog I could have ever hoped for. She is around 13 years old now and still has the best personality (as you can see her playful, humorous side). CeCe is a Chihuahua -Beagle mix.More
